Tadalally is a private membership platform connecting members with curated aesthetic clinics in Dubai and the Gulf. Membership is by invitation or application and may be revoked at Tadalally's discretion.

Appointments are confirmed upon payment of the applicable deposit. Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment) may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking eligibility.

All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham). Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Tadalally does not store full payment card details.

Tadalally loyalty credit is awarded after completed visits. Loyalty credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Credits must be used within 12 months of issuance.

Sessions are delivered by independent partner clinics licensed by DHA, DOH, or MOH. Tadalally acts as a discovery and booking platform and is not responsible for the quality of clinical services rendered.

Tadalally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services booked through it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
