Tadalally collects personal information you voluntarily provide when creating an account, booking a session, or contacting our member care team. This includes your name, phone number, email address, and payment details.

We also collect usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and referral sources to improve our service.

Your information is used to facilitate bookings, process payments, send appointment confirmations, and provide personalised member care.

With your consent, we may send occasional updates about new clinics, sessions, or exclusive member events.

Tadalally shares limited information with partner clinics solely for booking and session fulfilment purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Payment processing is handled by our secure payment partners and is subject to their privacy policies.

Tadalally uses essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. Analytics cookies help us understand how members use the platform. You may manage your cookie preferences at any time.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account closure or erasure, we may retain anonymised booking and payment records where required for tax, commission, or dispute resolution (see Account deletion below).

You may request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing privacy@tadalally.com from your registered email address, or by writing to that address with your account phone number so we can verify your identity.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete erasure within 30 calendar days, unless we must retain specific records for legal or financial reasons (for example, paid bookings settled via our payment partner). We will explain any retention exception in our reply.

Erasure removes your profile identifiers (name, phone, email) and stops marketing contact. Anonymised booking history may remain for clinic operations and regulatory retention periods.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
